2 mashed bananas
2C plain flour
2tsp baking powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (25g)
2 eggs
½ C sugar
1 C milk
- Toppings
Greek yoghurt
Blueberries
Maple syrup
Method
- Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and create a well in the middle. Pour wet ingredients into the centre and whisk until just combined.
- Cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides and serve pancakes topped with yoghurt, blueberries and maple syrup.
