Ingredients

  • Pancakes
  • 2 mashed bananas

  • 2C plain flour

  • 2tsp baking powder

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (25g)

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ C sugar

  • 1 C milk

  • Toppings
  • Greek yoghurt

  • Blueberries

  • Maple syrup

Method

  • Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and create a well in the middle. Pour wet ingredients into the centre and whisk until just combined.
  • Cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides and serve pancakes topped with yoghurt, blueberries and maple syrup.
