Ingredients

  • 3 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 3 heaped tbsp self-raising flour plus extra for dusting

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  • Add Greek yoghurt and flour to a bowl.
  • Add olive oil and mix to combine. When it starts to form a dough, transfer to a flour dusted surface and knead for a few minutes, adding more flour if it starts to get too sticky.
  • Cut into 2 pieces and roll out flat.
  • Cook breads in a DRY fry pan, turning when golden brown on each side.
  • Serve plain or top with butter, olive oil or a little garlic butter. You can also use this for a pizza base or to dip into a curry.
