Ingredients

  • 2 multigrain wraps

  • 40g hommus

  • 250g (raw weight) chicken breast

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 cups salad

  • 100g haloumi

Method

  • Heat a fry pan over medium heat. Cook chicken breast in 1 tsp olive oil for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Slice chicken.
  • Meanwhile, grill haloumi in the pan next to the chicken for 2 minutes each side until golden brown.
  • Serve salad, hommus, haloumi and chicken between the two wraps.
