Chicken Hommus and Haloumi Wrap

2 multigrain wraps
40g hommus
250g (raw weight) chicken breast
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cups salad
100g haloumi
Method
- Heat a fry pan over medium heat. Cook chicken breast in 1 tsp olive oil for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Slice chicken.
- Meanwhile, grill haloumi in the pan next to the chicken for 2 minutes each side until golden brown.
- Serve salad, hommus, haloumi and chicken between the two wraps.
