200g smoked salmon
4 cups salad
120g cottage cheese
Method
- Cook the rice according to packet directions. Alternatively, you could use a ‘quick cook’ microwave brown rice.
- Serve rice, salad and salmon between two bowls. Top with cottage cheese.
