This recipe needs to be prepared the night before eating and stored in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural muesli

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp LSA

  • 1/3 apple, grated

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 2 strawberries, chopped

  • 2 tsp crushed peanuts

  • 2 tsp seed mix

Method

  • Mix together the muesli, milk, apple and LSA in an airtight container and store in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, serve the bircher muesli with yoghurt, strawberries, nuts and seeds.

Notes

  • You can use any milk for this recipe and adjust the amount based on your needs (you need to cover your muesli when preparing it – the milk will absorb overnight).
  • You can use any nuts and seeds you like with this recipe – I have used crushed peanuts, pepitas and sunflower seeds.
