Summer Bircher Muesli

This recipe needs to be prepared the night before eating and stored in the fridge.
Ingredients
1/2 cup natural muesli
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp LSA
1/3 apple, grated
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 strawberries, chopped
2 tsp crushed peanuts
2 tsp seed mix
Method
- Mix together the muesli, milk, apple and LSA in an airtight container and store in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, serve the bircher muesli with yoghurt, strawberries, nuts and seeds.
Notes
- You can use any milk for this recipe and adjust the amount based on your needs (you need to cover your muesli when preparing it – the milk will absorb overnight).
- You can use any nuts and seeds you like with this recipe – I have used crushed peanuts, pepitas and sunflower seeds.
