Ingredients

  • 2 small pita bread

  • 100g avocado

  • 250g (raw weight) chicken breast

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 cups of salad

Method

  • Heat a fry pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken with 1 tsp olive oil for 5 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Slice the chicken.
  • Cut the pita bread in half and carefully open.
  • Stuff the pita bread with salad, chicken and avocado.
