2 small pita bread
100g avocado
250g (raw weight) chicken breast
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cups of salad
Method
- Heat a fry pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken with 1 tsp olive oil for 5 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Slice the chicken.
- Cut the pita bread in half and carefully open.
- Stuff the pita bread with salad, chicken and avocado.
