Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp cocoa

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Toppings
  • Handful of choc chips

  • 1 tbsp melted peanut butter

Method

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  • Mix the ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a ramekin, top with choc chips and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Top with melted peanut butter and enjoy!
