Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 ½ cups milk

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 200g Greek yoghurt

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Method

  • Combine oats, milk and honey in a container (or 2 small jars) and place in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, mix up the oats and top with yoghurt and berries.

Notes

  • You can mix up your flavours by adding nuts, seeds and dried fruit to this recipe.
