Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 ½ cups milk
2 tsp honey
200g Greek yoghurt
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Method
- Combine oats, milk and honey in a container (or 2 small jars) and place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, mix up the oats and top with yoghurt and berries.
Notes
- You can mix up your flavours by adding nuts, seeds and dried fruit to this recipe.
