200g pitted medjool dates, soaked for 10 min
2 C oats
2 Tb hemp seeds (or any seed)
2 Tb LSA
50g chopped walnuts
1 Tb honey
80g choc drizzle
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Soak the dates in water for 10 minutes.
- Add all ingredients to the food processor and blend together – alternatively, you could leave out the walnuts and stir these through for a crunchy texture.
- Place mixture into a lined baking tray and cook for 10-15
- minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a microwave proof bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Allow slice to cool, then drizzle with melted chocolate. Cut into 9 portions.
