Ingredients

  • 200g pitted medjool dates, soaked for 10 min

  • 2 C oats

  • 2 Tb hemp seeds (or any seed)

  • 2 Tb LSA

  • 50g chopped walnuts

  • 1 Tb honey

  • 80g choc drizzle

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Soak the dates in water for 10 minutes.
  • Add all ingredients to the food processor and blend together – alternatively, you could leave out the walnuts and stir these through for a crunchy texture.
  • Place mixture into a lined baking tray and cook for 10-15
  • minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a microwave proof bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Allow slice to cool, then drizzle with melted chocolate. Cut into 9 portions.
