Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk

  • 200g Greek yoghurt

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 small or 1 large banana

  • 2 tsp honey

Method

  • Place milk, yoghurt, fruit and yoghurt into a blender and blitz until combined.
  • Serve into 2 glasses, adding ice if needed.
