Choc Peanut Butter Hemp Balls

Ingredients
2/3 C peanut butter
100g chopped good quality dark chocolate
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup hemp seeds
2 Tb maple syrup or honey
½+ cup coconut, to roll
Method
- Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in a large bowl and stir to combine – you might have to get your hands in there!
- Roll into 12 small balls. Put coconut onto a plate and roll peanut butter balls through the coconut until they are completely covered.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 min until firm and enjoy.
