Choc Peanut Butter Hemp Balls

Ingredients

  • 2/3 C peanut butter

  • 100g chopped good quality dark chocolate

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup hemp seeds

  • 2 Tb maple syrup or honey

  • ½+ cup coconut, to roll

Method

  • Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in a large bowl and stir to combine – you might have to get your hands in there!
  • Roll into 12 small balls. Put coconut onto a plate and roll peanut butter balls through the coconut until they are completely covered.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 min until firm and enjoy.
