Ingredients
1 banana
2 Cup rolled oats
1/3 cup nut butter (e.g. peanut)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup walnuts (or other nuts, cashews work well too)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tb chia
Method
- Add all ingredients to a food processor / high powered blender and pulse until combined.
- Roll into ~ 16 balls.
- Place on a tray lined with baking paper, and into the freezer for 30 or fridge for a few hours.
