Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 2 Cup rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup nut butter (e.g. peanut)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup walnuts (or other nuts, cashews work well too)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 Tb chia

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor / high powered blender and pulse until combined.
  • Roll into ~ 16 balls.
  • Place on a tray lined with baking paper, and into the freezer for 30 or fridge for a few hours.
