Ingredients
2 cups milk
200g Greek yoghurt
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
2 small or 1 large banana
2 tsp honey
Method
- Place milk, yoghurt, fruit and yoghurt into a blender and blitz until combined.
- Serve into 2 glasses, adding ice if needed.
