Peanut Butter Baked Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
1/2 banana
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
- Toppings
Handful of choc chips
1 tbsp melted peanut butter
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
- Mix the ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a ramekin, top with choc chips and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Top with melted peanut butter and enjoy!
