Ingredients
1 lavash wrap
2 Tb hummus
4-6 large olives, sliced
30-40g feta, crumbled
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 small cucumber, diced
Small handful basil leaves, shredded
Large handful of shredded lettuce, spinach or kale
Method
- Spread hummus onto wrap, and add all other toppings.
- Roll up & enjoy!
Notes
- Performance tip: I enjoy keeping this simple and having a protein-rich snack on the side. If you want to up the protein of your wrap, try some shredded chicken or a boiled egg.
