Ingredients

  • 1 lavash wrap

  • 2 Tb hummus

  • 4-6 large olives, sliced

  • 30-40g feta, crumbled

  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 small cucumber, diced

  • Small handful basil leaves, shredded

  • Large handful of shredded lettuce, spinach or kale

Method

  • Spread hummus onto wrap, and add all other toppings.
  • Roll up & enjoy!

Notes

  • Performance tip: I enjoy keeping this simple and having a protein-rich snack on the side. If you want to up the protein of your wrap, try some shredded chicken or a boiled egg.
