Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients
2 cup natural muesli
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp LSA
1 tbsp honey
Approx. 2 cups milk
Method
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Adjust the amount of milk if needed (it will be quite wet initially but the mixture will thicken overnight).
- Serve with fresh fruit, a dollop of yoghurt and a drizzle of honey. This will keep in the fridge for 3 days in an airtight container.
