Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cup natural muesli

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp LSA

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Approx. 2 cups milk

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Adjust the amount of milk if needed (it will be quite wet initially but the mixture will thicken overnight).
  • Serve with fresh fruit, a dollop of yoghurt and a drizzle of honey. This will keep in the fridge for 3 days in an airtight container.
