How this program will work

The core of the Empower Program is formed around principles that I have taught many active people 1:1 in the Embody clinic. I’ve tried to include everything you need to know in one place – so you can retire your ‘what to eat…’ google searches.

Before we launch into the first module – I will have you set an overarching goal for the program – or what it is you want from the Empower program. You could also consider this goal as your commitment to positive change.

As you progress through the program, you will then add to your ‘action plan’ with learnings (or new ‘habits’) from the program that you want to adopt. Ideally, these ‘actions’ will align with your overarching goal for the program.

This program is broken into 4 modules – each with a predominant theme. Each section within the module has an associated video, with full text printed below, and every lesson will also have a worksheet and/or resources attached.

I know you will get the most out of this program if you are as involved as possible, so I encourage you to allow enough time to read and/or listen to the module, complete the worksheets and participate in the activities.

So, how should you work through the course content? … It’s totally up to you!

  • Start with module 1 and so on – finish at your own pace.
  • Complete 1 lesson per week (i.e. module 1 would take 4 weeks).
  • Complete 1 module per week (i.e. the whole program would take 4-5 weeks).
  • Watch it all at once to get across our approach (& then go back).
  • Skip through – just take what you need.   

You have access to the program for the next 6 months and the downloadable resources are yours forever. This means that you can revise the content anytime you feel you need a reset or a reminder – and we hope you will.
