Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup milk

  • 4 slices multigrain bread

  • 40g butter

  • Greek yoghurt and berries to serve

Method

  • Lightly whisk the eggs and the milk in a bowl. Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter.
  • Dip the bread into the egg mixture then cook in the pan for about 1 minute on each side, until golden.
  • Serve with Greek yoghurt and berries with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
