2 eggs
½ cup milk
4 slices multigrain bread
40g butter
Greek yoghurt and berries to serve
Method
- Lightly whisk the eggs and the milk in a bowl. Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter.
- Dip the bread into the egg mixture then cook in the pan for about 1 minute on each side, until golden.
- Serve with Greek yoghurt and berries with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
