200g almond meal
200g Cadbury drinking chocolate
200g caster sugar
150g melted butter
5 eggs
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 160°C.
- Add the almond meal, drinking chocolate and caster sugar to a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Ensure the butter is back to room temperature after melting the mix the eggs and butter into the dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Line a square or rectangle tray with baking paper and pour the mixture into the tray.
- Cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour (timing will depend on the size of your baking tray). The brownie is ready when it is crispy on the outside but still soft on the inside.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into bite sized pieces (will make about 16 serves, depending on your tray).
