Avo, Feta and Tuna Vita Weats

Ingredients
12 vita weats
1 avocado
½ block reduced salt feta cheese – crumbled
1 tin of tuna slices*
Cherry tomatoes – halved
Chives – chopped
Chia seeds
Method
- Mix together avocado and crumbled feta in a bowl until soft and fully combined.
- Spread evenly onto each vita weat.
- Drain tuna slices and spread evenly between crackers.
- Chop up cherry tomatoes and add two halves to each vita weat.
- Sprinkle chives and chia seeds on top of each vita weat to finish. Enjoy!
Notes
- Can use tinned salmon, ham, chicken or any other source of protein depending on your preferences and what you have available at home!
