Avo, Feta and Tuna Vita Weats

Ingredients

  • 12 vita weats

  • 1 avocado

  • ½ block reduced salt feta cheese – crumbled

  • 1 tin of tuna slices*

  • Cherry tomatoes – halved

  • Chives – chopped

  • Chia seeds

Method

  • Mix together avocado and crumbled feta in a bowl until soft and fully combined.
  • Spread evenly onto each vita weat.
  • Drain tuna slices and spread evenly between crackers.
  • Chop up cherry tomatoes and add two halves to each vita weat.
  • Sprinkle chives and chia seeds on top of each vita weat to finish. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Can use tinned salmon, ham, chicken or any other source of protein depending on your preferences and what you have available at home!
