4 cups mixed nuts
3 Tb maple syrup
2 Tb coconut oil, melted
1 heaped tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a tray with baking paper.
- Transfer the nuts into a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir through until nuts are well coated.
- Spread on pan, and bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Wait until the nuts are cool to transfer to an airtight container. I like to be recycling-savvy and store my toasted nuts in an old pasta jar!
