Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice (our choice is a dairy based or soy milk)

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 cup frozen/fresh berries (my favourite is half strawberries, half blueberries)

  • 1.5 Tb hemp seeds

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
