Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup coconut

  • 3/4 rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup choc chips

  • 1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add in the oats, coconut and choc chips and stir to combine.
  • Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then add to the other ingredients and mix well.
  • Roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into balls and spread evenly on the lined baking tray. Press down slightly to flatten.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes are until the cookies are golden brown.
