500g turkey mince
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp mixed herbs
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Place the mince, eggs, garlic, breadcrumbs and herbs into the food processor. Season with salt and pepper and blitz until it is well combined. You can also do this by hand.
- Roll the mixture in patties – you can freeze them like this to use later if you like.
- Heat a fry pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and then add the patties. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and golden brown.
