Ingredients

  • 500g lean beef mince

  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning

  • 4 wholegrain wraps

  • 2 cups mixed salad

  • 80g tasty cheese, grated

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and cook mince in the oil. Allow enough time for the moister to evaporate and for the mince to start to fry. Mix through the taco seasoning, adding 1/2 cup of water and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve the mince on the wrap with salad and cheese.
