Cinnamon and Banana Porridge

1 cup quick cook oats
2 cups full cream milk
1 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 small or 1 large banana
½ tsp cinnamon
Method
- Mix oats, milk and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Turn down to low once it starts to bubble and continue to stir regularly.
- Once the mixture thickens and becomes creamy, mix in the brown sugar.
- Pour the oats into 2 bowls and top with cinnamon and sliced banana
Notes
- You can also cook this in the microwave for approximately 3 minutes. Stop and stir regularly to avoid it overflowing.
