Ingredients

  • 200g almond meal

  • 200g Cadbury drinking chocolate

  • 200g caster sugar

  • 150g melted butter

  • 5 eggs

Method

  • Pre-heat the oven to 160°C.
  • Add the almond meal, drinking chocolate and caster sugar to a bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Ensure the butter is back to room temperature after melting the mix the eggs and butter into the dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
  • Line a square or rectangle tray with baking paper and pour the mixture into the tray.
  • Cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour (timing will depend on the size of your baking tray). The brownie is ready when it is crispy on the outside but still soft on the inside.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into bite sized pieces (will make about 16 serves, depending on your tray).
